The September/October 2001 issue of The Tom Worth TIPS Report is a blockbuster of an issue with two articles related to exotic wagering as a way to improve your bottom line.

#1. Our first artcle, "Place Your Bet with an Exacta Wheel, comes to us courtesy of Dr. Martin, a successful Florida handicapper and frequent contributor to the TIPS Report. Dr. Martin details how he uses an exacta wheel wagering strategy in conjuntion with our Improving Beyer Figures spot play method. His idea features a couple of new twists to a similar approach which was outline in the Nov/Dec 1997 TIPS Report. His strategy is outlined and explained in detail and is of course illustrated with Case Studies. As you will see in the article, a couple of the exactas Dr. Martin hit were $106.50 and $178.20 so this is definitely worth reading!

#2. Our second article was submitted by A.Y.C. of New Jersey and is about his strategy for structuring trifecta wagers. As you will see in the Case Study, one of his hits was on a trifecta returning $390.50. It's a very interesting and inexpensive strategy that can lead to huge returns.
