The January - February 2001 features an in-depth article on the Even Finish strategy, originally developed by handicapper Dr. Martin of Florida and introduced in the Sept/Oct 2000 TIPS Report. The response to this angle was tremendous with a great number of handicappers who cashed in on some truly spectacular exotic wagers, using the Even Finish angle as a foundation. Many who contacted me reported a range of exactas from about $100 to several hundred dollars!

In this particular issue, we will spot light a few of the more interesting races and pay particular attention to some important new twists to this Exotic Even Finish angle. These adaptions have proven quite profitable. As always, we use Case Studies of actual races we handicapped live so you can see this angle in action.
