The Sully Screen for TIPS handicapping was developed by a Maryland handicapper a way to reduce his handicapping time with the TIPS method for thoroughbred horse racing. He and Jon Worth collaborated on sharpening the method.

This contender screen includes a one month workout which yielded 45 selections.

When you order this method, we strongly encourage you to also order The TIPS Update if you are not yet familiar with TIPS handicapping and the various "TIPS" which are essentially handicapping angles or factors.
